He hasnt been heard from since.Hundreds of searchers, along with K-9 units, would go on a search for Paul in the stifling heat 鈥?with no success. The car he was driving was found at 49 Palms Oasis trailhead, with rescuers saying they believed he intended to hike that trail. Less than a week after the search began for Paul, it was scaled back.
