After months of relative quiet on Grand Avenue South, HIP Developments has announced it is about to move ahead with the first of two 20-storey residential towers as part of the multi-million-dollar Gaslight District in west Galt. The fences are going up and the heavy equipment is moving in. It is incredibly exciting to get underway with the residential construction of The Gaslight District, shared HIP Development President Scott Higgins in a news release.
